1. All drivers will have to mandatorily wear the seat belt, in circumstances when they are driving Unicity Taxi.
2. Driver is responsible to periodically check his vehicle for any defects, perform security and surveillance device checks and so forth. They should keep the vehicle neat, tidy and hygienic always.
3. Do not drive the vehicle under the influence of any medications, drugs, alcohol or when impaired by fatigue. Refrain from operating any vehicles that you are not capable to handle.
4. Strictly adhere to company norms and policies, traffic laws, safety rules & regulations.
5. Maintain proper dress. Collard shirt, dark pants with official shoes are allowed. (Jeans, T-shirts, sports jackets or hoodies and sport shoes are strictly prohibited).
6. Driver must not engage in any physical or verbal abuse with customers, or persons at office or on the road.
7. Drivers are not authorized to enter the dispatch room; soliciting in the office premises is prohibited at any time.
8. All drivers are expected to be respectful to all customers, drivers, supervisors, and office staffs.

(All the hired drivers must oblige and follow the above-mentioned terms and conditions, any fault in the same will automatically disqualify them from the authorization of the company)

Management’s decision is final and has the right to change the agreement at any time.
